An entire month dedicated to apple flowers! The many events of "Aprile dolce fiorire" give everyone the opportunity to enjoy a truly special moment of the year: in April, in fact, the valley gets full of flowers that, like a special snowfall full of perfume and with some pink streaks, cover the apple trees making them all white. In addition to the famous events such as FIORINDA, the 4 VILLE IN FIORE and the FIERA DELL'AGRICOLTURA in CLES, from April 14th to May 2nd "Aprile Dolce Fiorire" includes numerous initiatives in collaboration with local farms and agritours, partners of Strada della Mela e dei Sapori.

Per celebrare Fiorinda, la Festa della fioritura che si terrà sabato 12 aprile e domenica 13 aprile e Cerevisia, il Festival delle birre artigianali che si terrà venerdì 9, sabato 10 e domenica 11 maggio, alcuni dei migliori ristoranti della Val di Non e della Val di Sole propongono la rassegna enogastronomica MagnAmour dal 11 aprile all'11 maggio.
Deliziosi menù legati al tema delle erbe spontanee e ai fiori abbinati alla birra artigianale dei birrifici soci della Strada della Mela.
