It is located on the western edge of Val di Non, in the splendid Val di Rumo, a small basin at the foot of the Maddalene mountain range.
It is made up of small- and medium-size family farms located in the high mountains, in the municipality of Rumo and its neighbouring areas.
The consortium works exclusively with milk produced by our members in their companies, transforming it into a variety of typical cheeses.
