After 25 years in Vienna and numerous prizes won, in 1999 the Serafini family opened Caffè Gelateria Serafini, bringing Viennese flair to Lavis.

In Trentino, Gelateria Serafini received numerous awards, chief among them the recognition, in 2012, as one of the first 5 ice cream parlours in Italy.

Raw ingredients, like ever-present organic milk, ensure the company’s success.

It's not all .. besides ice cream, Serafini offers a wide range of breakfast, coffee products, cakes, cold meals, wines, aperitifs, etc.
