Latteria Sociale di Castelfondo is one of Val di Non’s dairies belonging to Consorzio Trentingrana.
Among the various cheeses we produce are: Trentingrana, Nostrano di Castelfondo, Fior d'Alpe and other fresh cheeses. Castelfondo, in addition, is also famous for the production of Monteson cheese, which is best paired with honey, jams or other dishes.
