Revì Trentodoc
It was in 1982 that Paolo Malfer, after years of testing through which he perfected production techniques studied in books, decided to found Revì, a winery that found in bubbles its inspiration. The name Revì derives from the toponym of the production area; an area that, as legend has it, was devoted to the cultivation of a vine which yielded a superior, royal wine: “Re vin” (royal wine), or Revì. With utmost attention in pursuit of the highest quality and always maintaining a strong bond with the Trentino territory, Revì produces only Trentodoc, the Trentino bubbles. Over the years, the passion that led to the company’s birth also infected family members, and thanks to close collaboration, bottles and types of Trentodoc produced finally increased.
Today, Revì confirms its mission to be synonymous with excellence in the production of Trentodoc.
