Born in 1989 by merging two dairy farms, we grew up with a single thought: quality. It is the milk of the breeders of Fiemme and Fassa that encloses the aroma of mountain pastures, the real added value, with the addition of rennet and salt. The cheeses we produce are distinguished by their processing techniques, as well as their flavour and aroma. Puzzone di Moena DOP was born and is made here.
