Here Giovanni Poli, in keeping with tradition and by blending ancient art with modern systems and distillation experiences with bain-marie stills, produces his prestigious and refined grappas, his wines and fabulous Vin Santo Trentino, obtained exclusively from the native Nosiola vine grown in Valle dei Laghi.
