The farm, which also serves as the company headquarters, is located in a small alluvial basin, in the local area called “Vale”, at the slopes of the Lagorai, the most extensive and naturally intact mountain range of Trentino, rich in forests, crystal clear streams, meadows and alpine lakes.
For the production of our handmade juice, we use only fresh and healthy apples, hand-picked directly from trees growing in the company’s orchards. Apples are grown through the integrated struggle method.Recipes
